An agency quotes this work at $8,000 to $25,000 and takes two to three months. We are not cheaper because we cut corners. We are cheaper because we are small, we do not have an office to pay for, and our setup costs almost nothing to run.
About monthly fees. If we host it, hosting is covered by your upkeep plan and there is nothing else to pay. If you would rather stay on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or WordPress somewhere else, those platform fees and any paid apps or plugins stay in your name and on your card. We will tell you exactly what they cost before you commit to anything.

How much work is this for me?
About an hour, total. We ask you a set list of questions once, you send whatever photos you already have, and then you go back to running your business. We write the words. We find the rest. You approve it at the end.
What if I do not have photos or a logo?
Normal, and not a problem. We can shoot photos, make the logo, or start with stock and swap it later. Nobody has arrived with everything ready. Not once.
Do I need to understand any of this?
No. If you can send a text message you can work with us. We never make you log into anything, and we do not use words like CMS or DNS at you.
Do I own it, or am I renting?
You own it. The site, the design, the domain, the files. If you ever fire us we hand over the keys the same week and you owe us nothing further.
What if I hate the first draft?
We change it. Two full rounds of changes are in every price, and in practice that is plenty. If you walk away after we have started, the deposit covers the work already done and is not refundable, which is normal for design work and is why we keep the deposit at half rather than the whole thing.
What happens after I get in touch?
We reply within one business day with what we would build and what it costs. If that sounds right, we send one intake form. When it comes back, the clock starts.
Do I have to pay every month?
No. Upkeep is optional and you can cancel any time. Plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves. It stays live either way, because you own it.
How much does a website cost?
From $995 for a single page up to $1,995 for a normal small business site of about six pages. Stores and custom software start at $4,500. Every price is on this page and none of them change once we have agreed the scope in writing.
How long does it take?
Five business days for a one pager, ten for a full site. That clock starts the day you send us your material, not the day you pay, so nobody is stuck waiting on anybody. Need it sooner? We do 48 hours for an extra 40%.
Do you do the writing?
Yes. Most people dread this part, so we do it. You tell us about the business in plain speech and we turn it into the words on the page. You get final say on all of it.
Will it show up on Google?
We set up the basics properly on every build, and we get your Google Business Profile sorted, which is what actually matters for a local business. Ranking is not something anyone can honestly promise, and be careful of anyone who does.
I already have a site on Wix or Squarespace. Now what?
We move it. You keep your domain and your email keeps working throughout. Most people come to us because they are tired of paying a monthly fee for something they cannot change, and the move usually lowers what they spend.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Often, yes. Send us the address and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing or worth starting again. Sometimes the answer is that you should keep what you have, and we will say so.
What about hosting and the domain name?
We set up hosting and hand it over in your name. If you do not have a domain yet we will get one for you. Hosting on our setup costs almost nothing to run, which is why upkeep is $49 a month instead of the $99 most places charge.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, and the software behind them. Order dashboards, booking, subscriptions, pricing calculators. That is the part most design shops send you elsewhere for.
What if I need changes later?
Small edits are included in the upkeep plan. Bigger changes are quoted before we start. You will never get a surprise bill from us.
How do I pay?
Half before we start, half when it goes live. Card or bank transfer, whichever suits you.
Do I have to pay for hosting on top?
Not if we host it. That is covered by the upkeep plan. If you want to stay on Shopify, Wix or WordPress elsewhere, those subscriptions and any paid apps are yours to keep paying, and we will tell you what they run before you commit.
